Re: Tricycle that is!

Obviously it's no "commonplace tricycle." A regular trike is steered (and pulled) by one wheel in front, with two in back. This one is steered by two wheels in front with just one in back, which drives by pushing. The fourth wheel touches ground on loading and unloading, and is also used when the front section, which can be pushed like a wheelchair, is detached from the driving unit.

Tricycle that is!

Sorry, I don't see any quadricyle. Just a commonplace tricycle, plus a small, unused wheel. for showing, I gather.

[It's a quadricycle because it has four wheels, all used. - Dave]

Answer to Stupid Question

Very carefully!!

Okay, Stupid Question...

...how is the quadricycle steered?

Additionally, the bicyclist

Additionally, the bicyclist is protected in a crash by their passenger. ;)

Ooh, this is so much nicer...

...than being TOWED by a bicyclist and having the scenery marred by a view of someone's posterior as they pedal you around!

Hey, I wonder if I can find a contraption like this for my grandkids...if I ever get some.
