Washington society folk ventured past the bounds of conventionality yesterday long enough to properly enjoy their annual circus and frolic at the Riding and Hunt Club that more than upheld the slogan of its sponsors, "bigger and better than ever." There were capacity audiences at both matinee and evening performances. …
