"Curtis Whitlock, Sanpete County, Utah, Farm Security Administration rehabilitation client, was on Work Projects Administration relief for a time before he was able to rent a farm, after having lost out once in farming. His Farm Security Administration loan put him on his feet and bought him breeding stock such as the purebred sow in this picture, foundation dairy cows, and a fine work mare." Mrs. Piggy: 1940

William Curtis Whitlock, born in Utah on November 23, 1908, died in Utah on August 13, 1952, at the age of 43. His wife, Auleen, died in 1987.
