West Covina, California, 1960. My mother rushed me and my next door pal Dennis to the Eastland Shopping Center to hear Richard Nixon on his Presidential campaign swing through Southern California. The big store shown is May Company. When I was a teenager with a job, I bought my school clothes there. This would be 12 or 13 years later. Eastland is there today, looking quite different!
