I inherited this from a family friend who took it on the docks in Cannes, France in 1950. I'll leave a little of the mystery to the sleuths on Shorpy, as I had never heard of the Zaca and its famous owner, seen at the railing at the far side of the boat. I have shared this pic (when I finally figured out who what I was looking at) with the son of the famous figure. There is one person on the boat at the top right who is talking with the owner of the Zaca; I really want to know who it is - any ideas? famous?
