My wife in 1957, two years before I met her. I received this scanned photo of a slide taken by a Brother-In-Law, a professsional photographer. His son, my wife's nephew, is in possession of several thousand slides that he has begun to scan. View full size.

Is it just me, or did your wife in 1957 bear a striking resemblance to Scarlett Johansen?
