Beautiful Boone Hall
In addition to "The Notebook", mentioned above, the hugely popular mini series "North & South" was filmed at Boone Hall as well as "Queen", an Alex Haley work starring Halle Berry.
Here's a shot from the same spot as the 1938 photo 74 years later.
Not much has changed
Not too much has changed in 75 years. Many young women will recognize Boone Hall as the location where "The Notebook" was filmed.
