...with my Mom and me in West Covina, California back about 1959. Dad, as usual, took the picture, in 35mm Kodachrome.
She often closed her eyes when a flash picture was taken. I just often looked disgruntled or apathetic, or in this case,gazing into space. Despite all that, I have great memories. I was the only kid in our family for several years. The presents rolled in from my relatives. Life was good for a little boy. View full size.
