Part of the World's Fair?

Given that your other photo was identified as the Missouri History Museum in Forest Park, and another of your photos was of the Eads Bridge (both in St. Louis), I'd be willing to bet that the building shown in this picture is one of the many temporary buildings that were constructed for the 1904 Louisiana Purchase Exposition (a world's fair) that was held at what is now Forest Park.
