WW2 Railroad Tarlac, Luzon. According to note on the back: Built by Vulcan Iron Works #4589 December 1944.

I purchased many train and related photos at an estate sale. I have little info except dates on the backs from the early 1900s to 1950. Some are from Germany, some from the Philippines but most are from the USA and much of that from California.
