That’s my (future) mother, then in her teens, but the beach buff teenaged boy gleefully copping a feel for the camera is not my father. My best guess is this was some other potential suitor she dated while making up her mind who to wed. There seems to be some kind of sports game going on in the background. My mother hated sports, so I am quite sure whatever they were doing (beside the G-rated hanky-panky) was not cheering at that game.
