Lithuanian Sisters: 1910s

According to my mother, her mother was one of three sisters in Lithuania, and these are the children of one of those sisters who stayed in Lithuania. In other words, they are two cousins that my mother never met. There is quite a bit written on the back of this picture, but I haven’t a clue what it says, or even what language it is in. I can tell you for sure it's Russian

but the writing on this one is even harder to read. The first word is "Dear..." but after that, I'm stumped.
