My grandmother Marie, dressed in her 1921 finery, and her future husband, Issar (previously seen here and here), continue their courtship. This time they are at the swings of some resort, possibly in the Catskill mountains. They would marry in the spring of 1923 and have two daughters: Harriet, born in January 1924, and my mother, Arlene, born in November 1929. Marie lived from July 1891 (or 1894–depending on what source you believe) to March 1979. According to the 1930 US census, Issar was born in 1888. He died in 1953.
