The Coming War Years

I love these snapshots in time. A year after this photo was taken, the steel mills of Pennsylvania would soon be working overtime for the war effort.

I don't know a thing

... about the Farm Security Administration. It's hard to imagine a government agency with such a mundane handle could produce an artist like Jack Delano. I'll bet they never knew.
