About 2.5 miles north of site of Kennedy Center.
Observatory Hill is current location of U.S. Naval Observatory, as well as Vice President's residence.
North of Georgetown just off of Wisconsin Ave.
[There's more than one Observatory Hill in Washington. The site at 2300 E Street NW (#14 on this map), about a thousand feet from the Kennedy Center, is where the old naval observatory was. Not the current one where the VP lives. - Dave]
