Jesse on the far left there was mentioned in Cole Porter's song "Football King."

My opponents I should give a scalding, That would make me rival Captain Jesse Spalding. If they'd only realize that I'm a football King.

Later he was the fourth husband of socialite Anne Stevens, who was George Hamilton's mom. There's a professorship endowed in Jesse's name at the Yale English department.

Second guy from the right holding the football looks like a Kennedy. Very handsome!
