Note the lack of tieplates, only 4 spikes per tie, and only 4 bolts per joint bar. On the other hand, how about that razor edge ballast line, and the trackworkers out working on the plant every day. The hopper cars are probably coal for either the locos or power plant.

C Tower - Washington Terminal

This was 'C' Tower in Washington Terminal. New York Avenue Bridge is behind the tower.
