I count 10. There are quite a few partially obscured by buildings, but if you look for the white, scripted "Fletcher's" text, you can find them.

Probably not authorized (to say the least) by the French champagne house of the same name.
[Actually it was. This was an American Tobacco Company brand flavored with Piper Heidsieck champagne. - Dave]

I think that it is interesting that the placement of the rooftop billboards corresponds to the sight lines from the Brooklyn Bridge approaches.
