Cashtown Gun Club, Adams County, Pa., 1899. If you look closely at the old gent in the lower left, he's obviously the camp cook. He's holding a pot with a towel which is probably hot coffee. The man to his left must be his helper and he's holding something that appears to be a flask. A good time was had by all.

The caption at the bottom reads: "Cashtown Gun Club in Camp on South Mountain Nov. 28, 1899" South Mountain is actually in Maryland, but not far away.

Cashtown is near Gettysburg and both Union and Confederate troop road through town and stayed at the Inn there which is still open to the public. I've tried to identify the men in the photograph but have had no success. Input welcome.
