Snow day, 1943

Judging by the movie advertised on the marquis of the theatre ("A Stranger in Town" starring Frank Morgan), I'd say the photo was taken in late 1943 or early 1944. I've tried doing a search of all the Capitol theatres in southern Ontario, but it's kind of exhausting, so any clues as to where this was taken would be greatly appreciated. View full size.
