Most of the photos on this site were extracted from reference images (high-resolution tiffs, 20 to 200 megabytes in size) from the Library of Congress research archive. They are adjusted by your webmaster for contrast and color in Photoshop before being downsized and turned into the jpegs you see here.

Is that a baked potato he's holding, I would think they would be too hot to hold bare-handed. Unless the vendor can fine tune the heat of his mobile cooker. A little butter, S&P and you would have a cheap and tasty chill day treat.
