Dad as a young man

I wish I could tell you more, but all I know is that this is my father (on the right) with a friend at some sort of carnival or fair, in New York. Can anyone identify the make and year of the cars? That would help me narrow down the possibilities. View full size.

Cars

The men are standing in front of a Model A Ford, most likely a 1930. The car to the left is possibly a late 20's Buick. The car on the right is possibly another Model A Ford, also 1930, and appears to be a two door (Tudor) Sedan.
