Most of the photos on this site were extracted from reference images (high-resolution tiffs, 20 to 200 megabytes in size) from the Library of Congress research archive. They are adjusted by your webmaster for contrast and color in Photoshop before being downsized and turned into the jpegs you see here.

It is quite different now. They have it so built up now that the Twins Spires are barely noticeable. It seems they could have designed the new Millionaire box seats to where the twins were more prominent. But this is a great shot from the past.
