Yankees slugger Babe Ruth on May 28, 1924, at the War Department in Washington shortly after signing up for a three-year stint in the New York National Guard. View full size. National Photo Company Collection.
I'll call this photo "Babe In Arms"!
Is it possible for you to send me your fixed copy that size? If so my email is Absolutsublime5@gmail.com , I sure would appreciate it. It seems like you really know you way around photoshop, such subtle differences sometimes make all the difference!
[That's too big to e-mail. You can download the full size tiff from the link below. - Dave]
I'm surprised I'm the only commenter on this. It's a phenomenal photograph, and I see you cleaned it up some. I have the same pic but it has a white line across half the picture. Is it possible that you have a larger size photo of this? like something like 4,000 x 4,000? Just a shot in the dark.
[This jpeg was made from a tiff 5235 pixels wide x 4209 pixels deep. - Dave]
