My mother worked for Zepp photo labs through WWII. She had several box cameras, took and developed lots of pictures. I was the new kid on the block. Note the elaborate setting, concrete yard underneath. I believe I was dropped on my head a lot as an infant. (OK, so do you see anyone nearby to keep me from rolling off? I didn't think so!) This was our back yard, 719 N. Luzerne Avenue between E. Monument and E. Madison. I was born in April...so can't be too long after that when the shot was taken. (Er, sorry, I just don't even remember it, but I was there.) View full size.
