Twenty eight years to live

The Halcyon was demolished in 1938. Note how built up the area has become.

It was replaced by the Alfred I. Dupont building at Flagler and Second Ave.

Corner of 12th Street and Ave B

Now Flagler St. & 2nd Avenue, according to Miami Archives blog.

Unrecognizable today.
