I live in Anchorage Alaska, and it looks exactly like April to me.

The usual haunts

This seems to be the intersection of 13th & F, looking east along F St. (If so, we're across the street from the Harris & Ewing studio once more.) That would be the Homer Building at left; at center, a clock we've seen previously on Shorpy.
