Wedding Day: 1964

The wedding party. St Petersburg, Florida, April 23, 1964 at Temple Beth-El, Pasadena Avenue South.
My parents' wedding day. My mom is at center in the off-white dress. These are her bridesmaids and friends. The matron of honor is second from left in the pink dress. Her name was Wilda; she was also a hairstylist and did my mom's hair for the wedding.
I love the profusion of pearl necklaces, netted hats and silky sheath dresses. Fashion was great back then. Very "Mad Men"!
My parents were married for 37 years.
