I believe that address is the business address for Waggaman Real Estate Auctioneers and not the lot address.

[His address is in Northwest and, per the caption, the lot is not. - Dave]

Waggaman abides

Looking up the address on the sale sign - 917 F St. NW - shows the building that exists there now was built for Waggaman Real Estate; same name on the sign.
