Merc convertible

Actually, it's a 1953 Mercury. Back to car colors: in my observations, the only non-metallic factory colors commonly available these days seem to be white, black, red and yellow.

Thank you delworthio for this batch of car Kodachromes! You notice how boring most car colors are these days? White, black or some variation of silver. If it is a color, it's with a metallic finish. I think we're long overdue for a fashion pendulum swing back to brightly-colored, creamy-finished cars. Two-tone would be good, too.
