Willys Knight

If you look closely at the radiator shell, it appears to be scalloped, Then compare the hood louvers and cowl mounted parking lights. I am quite certain the car is a 1927 Willys Knight model 70A.

Nashassin

The car looks to be a 1926/27 Nash and the guy looks a lot like Lee Harvey Oswald.
