Mr. & Mrs James Granville Stovall

Mr & Mrs James Granville Stovall (nee Loretta Roan Wayland), who were married at Christmas time, 1899. They lived in Limestone County, Texas but went to Waco, to Jackson Studio, to record their newly married state and some obvious prosperity. This is another portrait taken at the same time as the more traditional pose of the gentleman seated and the lady standing. They are my maternal grandparents.
