I found this print in a Dallas antique shop recently. What a great find of Elm Street in 1929. Elm Street was well known at the time for its venues and theaters. Note the Ritz, the Old Mill and the Palace. View full size.

What an entertainment phantasmagoria; at the Ritz you can get all talking, but the Old Mill's screen not only talks, but sings.
