Ramakrishna rao (Later he became The Professor of Physics, at the Christ College, Bengaluru) was studying at The Central College, Bengaluru, in 1957 (around). Among the persons sitting: 'Pro. G. P. Rajaratnam' is sitting in the center. (Pro. Rajaratnam was a renowned respected professor who has written several novels of immense literary value. He is very much known for his Children's story books. Prof. G.P.Rajaratnam was very much fond of Shri. H. R. Ramakrishna rao, as a student. 'Prabuddha karnataka'("ಪ್ರಬುದ್ಧ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕನ್ನಡ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ") was the college magazine, used to be brought out by the 'Central College kannada sangha'. Ramakrishna rao was elected as the secretary for the karnataka sangha, which was considered as highly prestigious, to this day. 'Pro. V. Sitharamayya', was one of the eminent members of that sangha.(Not in the picture) Prof. H.R.R.Rao (89) expired on 12th, Sept, 2022, at his Bengaluru residence.
