1969, on the road to my father's roots in a 1964 Chevelle wagon, the beginning of this trip. This was Cactus Pete's Motel, as I recall, in Jackpot, Nevada. We drove into Wyoming and Nebraska so my middle-aged dad could say hello and bye to various relatives. Good times! View full size.
