Not sure if teams B and C are Collegiate or Prep School. I am thinking Brown and Cornell but it might Choate and some rivals preppies-- just wild guesses. The photo is likely from the North East U.S. and my guesstimate puts the year somewhere +/- 10 years from 1910. Scanned from a 3x5 medium format negative. There are a few more of them here. Any help on identification would be wonderful. View full size.
