We're inclined to say these two are cousins rather than sibs, based on the relatively few appearances the girl makes in the dozens of slides in this batch, taken in Bay County, Michigan. Dearest Shorpy, could you please please please show us these dozens more slides pretty please? Little man and his dog and toys and foam green family car are pretty amazing and ,well, happiness-inducing. Merry new year from faraway Belgium!

I would guess either he just woke up or else he's not too keen on posing with an icky old girl.
She reminds me a little of Jackie Kennedy, particularly around the eyes!
