They are adjusted by your webmaster for contrast and color in Photoshop before being downsized and turned into the jpegs you see here.

Just love the little boy's smile, appears he is looking right at me 109 years into the future. Something about the girl gets me too.
That little guy second over, grinning at the camera is long gone and yet his joy jumps out at us 109 years later. I've seen those kinds of happy smiles on my kids and their friends over the years and they are both wonderful and truly timeless.
