Not certain but those look an awful lot like Hoyas uniform circa 1920s

Georgetown Hoya?

I don't know anything about football, so the uniform may actually be a generic one but if you take a look at this photo of the Hoyas in 1922, http://www.hoyafootball.com/history/teams/1922.htm , they do have the distinctive leather(?) patches on the front of the shirt.
