Classic coat, too

That may be a classic car, but her double-breasted wool coat (probably camel) is as stylish today as it was then.

Be quick about it

Hopefully they got their pictures quickly, and moved the car before it leaked something on the sidewalk. Cars (even new cars) weren't sealed so tightly back then.

On Broadway

The Hudson sedan is parked in front of the Flood Mansion at 2222 Broadway Street in the city.

Very little has changed in the last 87 years, except the once-private residence is now the private school Convent of the Sacred Heart.
