Poor 208

... all his chairs were stolen.

The fellow in the folding chair

is just auditing the class. He had to bring his own.

At least one of them had talent

I took this into Photoshop and took at look at how they were doing. The guy in the middle with the vest is right on the money. The guy with the white shirt in front of the woman on the right better think about another career.

Folding chair

The unmarked folding chair in the back row looks completely unlike the others. I wonder what room it was stolen from?

Hats

The hat rack is full. The straw hats indicate summer is near.

Stolen chair rap

I sure hope that is Room 208 or those guys are in trouble...

Check out

The hat rack!

Macbook

What's that ultra-thin laptop doing on the table in the foreground, bottom-left corner? Sent from the future?

Coolidge

I love the Coolidge poster. Two strong arms, steering the ship of state through rough waters towards the shield of Democracy. It is great imagery. I also like the "Student Worker" posters. It looks like we might have some budding Socialists in the class.

Memo to Students

Your attention to the following matters is appreciated:
1. No slouching at your desk (illustrated by student on left)
2. From this point forward, gentlemen students will be required to wear socks (illustrated by student on left)
3. Please return all stolen items to 208

I'm amazed.

The ol' "stolen from" bit goes back to at least 1925.
