Childhood is serious business!

These kids seem serious about what they are up to, whether headed home for a snack, just saying hi to the black kitten, or laying out plans for a neighborhood invasion. Without seeing their faces, one can imagine all sorts of plans and thoughts.

If I'd lived there at that age, I would have made use of that space between the stairs as a mjor setting for kiddy human dramas. Or at least a parking garage for the trike!
