Spencer Tracy & Colleen Moore in "The Power and the Glory" (1933, written by Preston Sturges, cited by film critic Pauline Kael as a prototype for Citizen Kane). Also Jack Pearl and Jimmy Durante in "Meet the Baron" (1933, with the Three Stooges who play three crazy janitors). At the Cinderella Theatre at 13311 East Jefferson Avenue, with 1,897 seats, opened in 1924, closed in the 70s, demolished in the 80s.
