Tommy's Market in Evansville, Indiana. Location is likely near Third Avenue, and the date the late 1940s. Found in old photos from my grandfather. View full size.
My grandfather was Les "Tommy" Thomas, who was the owner and butcher here. The building sat at the corner of Virginia and 3rd. It was torn down in the '80s and the Blind Association is there now. I have many fond memories of "the store."
