That rifle is an odd one. Looks like a Belgian Made Flobert/Warnant. It is a breech loading single shot, likely a .32 caliber. The trigger guard is a nice style.
Probably used it to shoot fowl balls.

You can only bag them in months that have an "R" in the name, guys.
