As far as I can tell, assuming I have the right one,

Harlan Glenn Allen, Jr., of Weymouth Heights, Massachusetts, was born 15 May 1935 to H. Glenn Allen and Louise (Emerson) Allen. The Weymouth Maroons were defending Massachusetts East State Class A champions when this photograph was taken in October 1952. Mr. Allen would earn an appointment to the United States Military Academy, Class of 1957, where he would also play football on some excellent West Point teams, and become a pilot for the Strategic Air Command. He and his wife Maureen currently live in Clifton, New York.

What a maroon

But in a good way.

Probably too late now

But the name of that team should have been the Weymouth Thylacines.
