Mom, Dad, keep paddling, my feet are getting wet! Let's get there before we sink! I don't think Arfy will rescue us!

By the way, they ARE paddling, not rowing. To row you use two oars and face backwards.

Abandon Ship?

Looks to me like this little boat is taking on water, since Mr. Hall's foot is submerged. One hopes they're close to shore. The dog seems to have abandoned ship.
