Alfred Hitchcock captured a good portion of America during his films from this period (and through to the sixties), and many of the people in this photo (including the hats on the women!) would fit perfectly into the background and bit parts of many of these films.
I'm trying to place the uniform of the gent underneath the Gate 6 sign. All I can think of is either a British or Australian soldier lost on the way to North Africa.
