This looks like another caption picture. "Jan, you should wear one of these new wrestling helmets like me. It keeps your hair from looking all roughed up and matted."

Now this scared me.

Major shock! On the smaller picture, the girl on the right looked so much like my mother! Wow, but since Mum wasn't born until 1920, this probably wasn't her moonlighting as a wrestler.
