"Old Club"

This wooden walk was part of the "Old Club" of the "St. Clair Flats", which is part of the area known now as Harsens Island just outside of Algonac Mi. In the link below is a video of the cannon in use and history of the area.

Cannon

I love that cannon. I bet it was used to start regattas and other water related races. There is a similar one at the Reynold's Mansion on Sapelo Island, GA.
